The international community has already drawn the appropriate conclusions, Dvornik concluded. It should be noted that this summer the fate of three harvest will be at stake: last year, which Ukraine is not able to fully export, the current one, because only half of the crop will be harvested, and the future, since farmers will not sow winter wheat in the usual volumes.
