Shipments of grain exported by Russia may contain stolen Ukrainian grain.

The states that would buy stolen grain from Ukraine from the Russia will be considered involved in the crime. This was announced by the Advisor to the Permanent Representative of Ukraine at the UN Security Council, Serhiy Dvornik, Ukrinform wrote.

Russian invasion of Ukraine has dealt a blow to global food security since about 400 million people in the world, mainly in the Middle East, North Africa and Asia, depend on grain and oil supplies from Ukraine. Exports near standstill due to the blocking of ports on the Black Sea by Russia.

Russian invaders have already stolen at least 400-500 thousand tons of grain. Also, almost all ships, with grain leaving Sevastopol are loaded with stolen Ukrainian products.

“Ukraine has already warned consumer countries that grain exports from Russia may contain stolen Ukrainian grain. Any country knowingly buys this grain will be considered complicit in the crime,” Serhiy Dvornik said.

There should be no doubt about who is responsible for the possible starvation of millions of people in Asia, Africa and other parts of the world and in the invaded territories of Ukraine.

According to him, Ukraine also strongly rejects any manipulative claims that sanctions against Russia would make it impossible to effectively address the problem of agricultural exports. The international community has already drawn the appropriate conclusions, Dvornik concluded.

It should be noted that this summer the fate of three harvest will be at stake: last year, which Ukraine is not able to fully export, the current one, because only half of the crop will be harvested, and the future, since farmers will not sow winter wheat in the usual volumes.
